She has over 21 years of experience in the gaming industry, with various roles in Marketing, Finance, and Training. Leigh Harris is Coushatta Casino Resort’s new Director of Organizational Development, responsible for overseeing Training & Development, Customer Service, Tribal Development and Associate Engagement. She is tasked with creating a dynamic new Planning & Analysis team to analyze gaming, marketing and other expenses for the betterment of the Coushatta Tribe. Bocock has built several successful analysis teams at casinos in Arizona, Bahamas and California over the last 15 years. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she received her Master’s in Applied Economics, and is also an alumni of University of Louisiana (formerly University of Southwestern Louisiana), with an Agribusiness degree.
